目的建立阴炎净洗液中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱VP-ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.03mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(含0.4%三乙胺,磷酸调pH至5.4)(35∶65);流速:1mL·min-1;检测波长:350nm;柱温:30℃。结果盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为0.012~0.12mg·mL-1,回归系数为0.9992,RSD为0.51%,测得盐酸小檗碱的平均回收率为100.25%,RSD为2.68%。结论本方法简便、准确、可靠,适用于阴炎净洗液中盐酸小檗碱的常规分析和质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Yinyanjing lotion. Methods The chromatographic column was VP-ODS (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.03mol · L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (containing 0.4% triethylamine, phosphoric acid to pH 5.4) (35:65). Flow rate: 1 mL·min-1; detection wavelength: 350 nm; column temperature: 30°C. Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.012~0.12 mg·mL-1, the regression coefficient was 0.9992, and the RSD was 0.51%. The average recovery of berberine hydrochloride was 100.25%, and the RSD was 2.68%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable. It is suitable for routine analysis and quality control of berberine hydrochloride in Yinyanjing lotion.
