我院保健科成立于50年代,几十年来一直承担着院内职工的公费医疗工作。在国务院《关于建立城镇职工基本医疗保险制度的决定》颁布后,我院被省政府确定为首批城镇职工医疗制度改革的定点医院之一。由于长期以来院内职工的医疗、保健都是在公费医疗体制下的“大锅饭”,医改后将被纳入社会保险体系,对此职工顾虑重重,如不及时解决,将会对医改产生负面影响。因此,如何发挥保健科职能,做好本职工作,保持医疗队伍的稳定,更好地为社会参保人员服务,保证医改的顺利实施,已成为一个不容忽视的问题。
The Health Department of our hospital was established in the 1950s and has been responsible for the public medical work of hospital staff for decades. After the State Council’s “Decision on Establishing a Basic Medical Insurance System for Urban Employees” was promulgated, our institute was identified by the provincial government as one of the first batch of designated hospitals for urban workers’ medical reform. Since medical and health care for staff in hospitals for a long time has been “big pots” under the publicly funded medical system, they will be included in the social insurance system after the medical reform. This will cause employees to worry about problems and, if not solved in time, will have a negative impact on health care reform. Therefore, how to give play to the functions of the health department, do a good job of their own work, maintain the stability of the medical team, better serve the social insurance personnel, and ensure the smooth implementation of the medical reform have become a problem that cannot be ignored.
