目的应用风险分析的基本原理,建立媒介生物性传染病风险评估指标体系,并用于评估某一特定地区媒介生物性传染病风险。方法采用情报调研、现状调研、问卷调查、访谈等方法综合分析梳理某部驻地及营区病媒生物现状。采用文献调研等方法建立部队营区媒介生物性传染病发生风险指标评估框架,经过专家咨询完善评估指标、指标权重和评估方法。结果建立了多指标综合评估体系,经风险分析,某部驻地媒介生物性传染病主要是流行性出血热和乙脑,其中流行性出血热发生风险为中等,乙脑发生风险较小。结论本研究建立的风险评估、分析模式,对于某一区域媒介生物性传染病预警、控制有一定的理论意义和现实意义,对制定病媒生物防治对策和卫生资源的分配提供一定的理论依据。指标体系还有待在实践检验中进一步丰富和完善。
Objective To establish the risk assessment index system of vector organism infectious diseases by applying the basic principle of risk analysis and to evaluate the risk of vector organism infectious diseases in a specific area. Methods The status quo of resident and camp-borne disease vectors was analyzed by means of information survey, investigation of status quo, questionnaire survey and interview. Literature research and other methods were used to establish a risk assessment framework for the risk of vector-borne diseases of the battalion camp, and the evaluation indicators, indicators weights and assessment methods were improved after consultation with experts. Results The multi-index comprehensive assessment system was established. According to the risk analysis, the epidemic situation of infectious diseases in a certain place was mainly epidemic hemorrhagic fever and JE, in which the risk of epidemic hemorrhagic fever was moderate and the risk of JE was less. Conclusion The risk assessment and analysis model established in this study has certain theoretical and practical significance for the early warning and control of vector-borne diseases of infectious diseases in a certain region and provides some theoretical basis for formulating prevention and control measures of vector-borne diseases and distribution of health resources. Indicator system has yet to be further enriched and improved in practice.
