【目的】分离和鉴定不同产地的苜蓿种子寄藏真菌,明确其寄藏真菌种类和带菌率,为苜蓿的引进、抗病育种及生产中苜蓿病害综合防治提供理论依据。【方法】采用平皿测定方法,分别对来自国内外不同区域的11个苜蓿品种,进行种子寄藏真菌分离、纯化和鉴定。【结果】共检测到种子寄藏真菌13属16种。其中来自国外的阿尔冈金、4030、金皇后、巨能2号、超音速等品种带菌率较高。黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)、细交链孢(Alternaria alternata)是优势种群。【结论】苜蓿种子携带真菌现象极为普遍,经消毒处理的种子带菌率显著降低,且经过表面消毒处理的种子,与未进行表面消毒种子检出寄藏真菌种类存在显著差异。
【Objective】 Isolation and identification of alfalfa seed-storing fungi in different habitats and their identification of fungal species and carriage rate were studied in order to provide theoretical basis for the introduction of alfalfa, disease-resistant breeding and integrated control of alfalfa diseases in production. 【Method】 Separation, purification and identification of 11 alfalfa cultivars from different regions in China and abroad were carried out using plate assay. 【Result】 A total of 16 genera of 13 genera were collected. Among them, Algonquin from abroad, 4030, Golden Queen, giant energy 2, supersonic varieties such as higher rates of carrier. Aspergillus niger and Alternaria alternata are the dominant species. 【Conclusion】 The phenomenon of fungi carried by alfalfa seeds is very common. The germination rate of the seeds after disinfection is significantly reduced. The seeds sterilized by surface disinfection are significantly different from the fungi detected by surface disinfection.
