采用汽化切割电极对30例高危前列腺增生症患者行经尿道前列腺电汽化术。结果:手术平均时间为38min,最大尿流率(Qmas)由术前平均3.2ml/s、恢复到术后平均13.6ml/s,前列腺症状评分由术前平均29.5下降到术后平均9.8。表明经尿道前列腺汽化切割出血少,手术安全且疗效明确。是高危前列腺增生症的有效治疗方法之一 Thirty patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia underwent transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate using vaporized cutting electrodes.
