本文将一对相互啮合的渐开线圆柱齿轮简化为一个双质块双弹簧振动模型。根据此模型 ,计算出齿轮副的等效啮合刚度 ,然后以振动最小为优化目标 ,对装载机变速箱的高速级斜齿轮传动进行动态优化设计 ,得到满足实际需要的最优化参数。
In this paper, a pair of intermeshing involute cylindrical gears is simplified as a two-mass double-spring model. According to this model, the equivalent meshing stiffness of the gear pair is calculated. Then, with the minimum vibration as the optimization objective, the optimal design of the high speed helical gear transmission of the loader gearbox is optimized. The optimal parameters to meet the actual needs are obtained.
