Nerve stimulation is a common method in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases that can be performed either on the surface or through a needle or wire to the nerves.The safety of the electrodes placed in the body poses a problem due to the danger of damaging nerves, muscles or other tissues The authors assess the safety of electrical stimulation by using electromyographic needles in a mathematically similar soft tissue environment.Nerve conduction must be stimulated to measure nerve conduction velocity.Some people do not advocate the use of needle electrodes because of safety concerns.The author of more than 2,000 Patients using the needle electrode test found no adverse reactions.Surface stimulation can produce skin damage, burns are often related to the current density, duration and frequency of stimulation.Reportedly, repeated use of needle electrodes than the repeated use of surface electrodes to stimulate safety.According to this
