甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)时尿蛋白排泄增加已引起人们注意,但甲亢时肾功能及有关电解质改变报告较少。本文旨在探讨甲亢时肾功能及电解质代谢情况。甲亢患者23例,其诊断和治愈标准都有甲状腺激素改变的客观依据。另设年龄、性别匹配的正常对照组。在甲亢和治愈后至少4个月分别测定血浆尿素、肌酐、尿酸盐,pH 值、CO_2结合力、Na~+、K~+、Cl~(-1);尿中总蛋白,白蛋白、维生素 A 结合蛋白
