法国民法典与德国民法典是两部世界著名的资产阶级法典,在民法发展史上的地位十分显赫。对这两部法典进行比较研究,不但有助于加深我们对这两部法典的认识,而且有助于我们在制定自己的民法典的时候能够批判性地继承前人的遗产。
The French Civil Code and the German Civil Code are two world-famous bourgeois codes and have a prominent place in the history of the development of civil law. A comparative study of the two codes not only helps to deepen our understanding of the two codes, but also helps us to critically inherit the legacy of our predecessors in the formulation of our own civil code.
