社会科学研究资源是社会科学研究创新的知识基础和保障。因此,在社会科学知识创新的过程中,有必要以知识为中心对信息资源进行整合,从文献、信息层次向知识层次发展,建立以知识为组织和处理单元的知识管理体系,不断研究知识的生产、组织、传播和利用的规律,按照学科创新的要求组织知识,合理地配置社会科学的知识资源,以达到知识共享和创新的目的。本文拟对社会科学知识创新过程中的创新方法作一尝试性探讨,以期在社会科学研究中能够提高创新能力。
Social science research resources are the knowledge base and guarantee of social science research innovation. Therefore, in the process of social science knowledge innovation, it is necessary to integrate information resources with knowledge as the center, from literature and information level to knowledge level, to establish a knowledge management system which uses knowledge as the organizational and processing unit, to continuously study knowledge Production, organization, dissemination and utilization of laws, organize knowledge in accordance with the requirements of discipline innovation and reasonably allocate the knowledge resources of social sciences for the purpose of knowledge sharing and innovation. This paper attempts to make a tentative discussion on the innovation methods in the process of social science knowledge innovation in order to improve the innovation ability in the social science research.
