目的:用X射线衍射Fourier(傅立叶)图谱及其特征衍射峰值来鉴别青黄散及其组成的药物。方法:采用X衍射的方法,对青黄散及其各组分的X衍射Fourier图谱进行分析。结果:获得了青黄散中各组分及组方后的X射线衍射Fourier图谱的几何拓扑图形及其衍射特征峰值。结论:本实验建立的X-衍射Fourier图谱分析法可以用于青黄散类制剂的鉴别。
Objective: To identify Qinghuangsan and its constituent drugs by X-ray diffraction (Fourier) and its characteristic diffraction peaks. Methods: The X-ray diffraction Fourier pattern of qinghuangsan and its components was analyzed by X-ray diffraction method. RESULTS: The geometric topography and diffraction peaks of the X-ray diffraction Fourier patterns of the components and their constituents were obtained. Conclusion: The X-ray diffraction Fourier analysis method established in this experiment can be used for the identification of Qinghuangsan preparations.
