以三峡库区油桐幼苗为实验材料,在种植前喷施百草枯,并以喷施清水作为对照,比较研究百草枯对油桐幼苗生长及其土壤理化性质的影响.结果表明:处理组的土壤pH值比对照高1.0%,差异不显著(p>0.05);处理组的土壤碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量分别比对照高6.8%,6.3%和5.4%,差异均不显著(p>0.05);处理组的土壤有机质、全氮、全磷和全钾含量分别比对照低1.5%,2.0%,0.39%和6.5%,差异也均不显著(p>0.05);处理组的油桐幼苗株高和地径增长量分别比对照组高11.8%和1.6%.可见,在正常使用剂量范围内,百草枯不仅对土壤的理化性质影响不大,还有助于油桐幼苗生长.因此,百草枯可用于消除油桐幼苗早期的杂草.
Taking the oil tung tree seedlings in the Three Gorges Reservoir area as experimental materials, paraquat was sprayed before planting and the effect of paraquat on the growth and soil physical and chemical properties of tung oil tree was compared with sprayed water.
