The unparalleled openness and the sense of freedom brought about by the interaction of the Internet in the exchange of information have made it have a natural connection with the ideal of democratization of mankind. However, the progress of science and technology is not necessarily equal to the progress of human civilization, and technology can not solve realistic social problems on its own. The full prohibition of the circulation of information in cyberspace has made it possible to realize the need of multiple independent sources of information that need to be available in a democratic society. However, the information gap and polarization make the online democracy a privilege of a few people. Virtual space is essentially a reality The deconstruction and subversion of networks; the implementation of direct democracy in the Internet may also lead to “violence by the majority” and politicians’ manipulation of voters. In the Internet age, a more subtle concentration of power by technical experts has quietly come down So that the political experts of the technical experts may be created in the future.
