头道松花江流域为水文资料短缺地区，在梯级水电工程开发中，通过对现有水文资料整编、分析、插补等工作，使资料得到充分利用，发挥了最大效益。
Taudao Songhua River Basin is a shortage of hydrological data. In the development of cascade hydropower projects, the existing data have been fully utilized and the greatest benefits have been achieved through the reorganization, analysis and interpolation of existing hydrological data.
