采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和混凝土实验方法,研究了灰岩人工砂中石粉含量对混凝土水化产物种类、含量及混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:灰岩人工砂中的碳酸钙与水泥水化产物发生水化反应,形成水化碳铝酸钙,其含量随石粉含量及龄期的增长而增加;水化碳铝酸钙在集料-浆体界面的形成影响了界面上定向氢氧化钙晶体的形成与生长,从微观上改善了混凝土的结构,强化了薄弱的界面区,宏观上提高了混凝土的力学性能。
X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and concrete experimental methods were used to study the effect of stone powder content in limestone artificial sand on the types and contents of concrete hydration products and the mechanical properties of concrete. The results show that the hydration reaction of calcium carbonate and cement hydration products in limestone artificial sand produces hydrated calcium aluminate calcium which increases with the increase of stone powder content and age. The formation of material-slurry interface affects the formation and growth of directional calcium hydroxide crystals on the interface, and improves the microstructure of concrete, strengthens the weak interface area and improves the mechanical properties macroscopically.
