2007年杭州的土地市场可谓是风生水起,顺应催生了楼市的热潮。“面粉”比“面包”昂贵,“面包”比“金子”贵重成为去年最流行的话语。2008年的第一次土地拍卖上,竞拍结果出人意料。仅仅一个月的时间差里,每平方米地价却相差了几千元钱,均在6000元/平米以下。“面粉”是否还原“面粉”价了?今年的房地产调控起于土地之源。土地调控的成败,在一定程度上,可以说决定了楼市今后的走向。在大环境的调控背景下,杭州的土地市场又将给楼市带来什么呢?
