采用电阻率测试、抗拉强度测试等方法,研究了不同Zr和B含量硬铝导线的耐热性及扩散激活能,运用扩散激活能理论对Zr和B在合金中动力学行为进行了分析。结果表明,在工业纯铝中加入微量Zr,可提高铝基体原子的扩散激活能,从而使合金的耐热性也相应提高;在Al-0.03Zr中添加微量B,合金的扩散激活能降低,耐热性能下降。
The heat resistance and diffusion activation energy of hard and ductile aluminum wires with different Zr and B contents were investigated by means of resistivity test and tensile strength test. The kinetic behavior of Zr and B in the alloy was analyzed by diffusion activation energy theory. The results show that adding trace amount of Zr into industrial pure aluminum can increase the diffusion activation energy of the aluminum matrix atoms and thus improve the heat resistance of the alloy. Adding trace amounts of B in Al-0.03Zr decreases the diffusion activation energy of the alloy, Heat resistance decreased.
