商务部昨天宣布,中国与东盟10国在菲律宾宿务签署了中国—东盟自贸区《服务贸易协议》。我国将开放建筑、环保、运输、体育和商务等5个行业,而东盟将开放金融、电信、教育、旅游、建筑、医疗等行业。根据双边的谈判,上述第一批开放承诺是根据中国和东盟国家服务业的特点和具体需求而作出的,主要包括进一步开放上述服务领域,允许对方设立独资或合资企业,放宽设立公司的股比限制等内容。
Ministry of Commerce announced yesterday that China and ASEAN countries signed the Agreement on Trade in Services in the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area in Cebu, the Philippines. China will open five industries including construction, environmental protection, transportation, sports and commerce. ASEAN will open up such sectors as finance, telecommunications, education, tourism, construction and medical services. According to the bilateral negotiations, the first batch of the above-mentioned open commitments was made according to the characteristics and specific needs of the service industries in China and ASEAN countries. These mainly include further opening up of the above service areas, allowing each other to set up wholly-owned or joint ventures and relaxing the share ratio of setting up the companies Restrictions and so on.
