探讨前庭诱发电位研究的简便有效的前庭刺激方式。方法:对12只豚鼠行右上半规管壶腹部骨壁开窗造瘘,采用特殊设计的瘘管刺激探针装置机械刺激膜壶腹壁,得到一组由3~4个正波为主要成分的诱发电位。结果:该电位波形清晰,重复性较好,其P1~P4各波的潜伏期、波宽和振幅等值均较稳定。豚鼠死亡,该波消失;颈髓横断、眶内容物及面神经切除均不影响电位。庆大霉素致内耳严重损害,该波消失;行上半规管壶腹部破坏,上半规管切断,上壶腹支神经切断均可导致该波消失,而此时ABR波仍存在;105 dB噪声掩蔽,对该电位波形影响较小,而此时ABR波则消失,证明该诱发电位主要来源于前庭,其听觉成分很少。结论:该方法的建立,丰富了现有前庭诱发电位记录的刺激方式,有助于前度领域的基础研究。
To explore the vestibular evoked potentials of a simple and effective method of vestibular stimulation. Methods: Twelve guinea pigs were instrumented with a specially designed fistula stimulation probe device to stimulate the diaphragm wall of the ampulla of the right upper semicircular canal amputated to obtain a set of evoked potentials with 3 ~ 4 positive waves as the main component. Results: The potential waveform was clear and reproducible. The latency, wave width and amplitude of P1 ~ P4 waves were stable. Guinea pigs died, the wave disappeared; cervical spinal cord transection, orbital contents and facial nerve resection did not affect the potential. Gentamicin caused serious damage to the inner ear, the wave disappeared; OK ampulla oblongata rupture, the upper semicircular canal cut off, the ampulla nerve cut off can lead to the wave disappeared, while ABR wave is still present; 105 dB noise masking, The impact of the potential waveform is small, while the ABR wave disappears, proving that the evoked potential mainly from the vestibule, its auditory composition is very small. Conclusion: The establishment of this method enriches the stimulus patterns recorded by the existing vestibular evoked potentials and contributes to the basic research in the field of precanceration.
