为了提高新型双向硬密封旋球阀的密封性能,基于ANSYS软件平台,采用对称罚函数的数值计算方法和新型双向硬密封旋球阀密封性能评价模型对新型双向硬密封旋球阀密封性能进行有限元分析。研究结果表明:新型双向硬密封旋球阀密封环面上沿轴向和径向密封比压呈抛物线型分布,其最小极值点比压分别为5.496 MPa和4.617 MPa;在密封环面的周向面上,密封面中心部分的密封比压最小,且密封比压分布曲线变化很小,其最小密封比压为5.252 MPa,新型双向硬密封旋球阀最小密封比压均大于最小密封临界比压1.920 MPa,表明新型双向硬密封旋球阀具备良好的密封性能,具有零泄漏的优点。
In order to improve the sealing performance of the new two-way hard seal rotary valve, the finite element analysis of the sealing performance of the new two-way hard seal rotary valve was carried out based on ANSYS software platform by using the numerical method of symmetric penalty function and the new two-way hard seal rotary valve sealing performance evaluation model. The results show that: the new two-way hard seal rotary valve sealing ring surface along the axial and radial seal than the pressure was parabolic distribution, the minimum extremum point pressure were 5.496 MPa and 4.617 MPa; in the circumferential surface of the seal ring The minimum pressure at the center of the sealing surface is 5.252 MPa. The minimum specific sealing pressure of the new two-way hard sealing rotary valve is larger than the minimum sealing pressure of 1.920 MPa, indicating that the new two-way hard seal rotary valve with good sealing performance, with the advantages of zero leakage.
