0前言上海某污水处理厂处理能力在1万m3/日。控制系统选用S7-300PLC加PROFIBUS分布式IO是一种既经济又切合实际的解决方案。由于PROFIBUS是国际现场总线标准,具有开放性好、第三方产品种类多、产品互换性兼容性好的特点。本系统选用北京鼎实科技的PROFIBUS分布式IO连接西门子S7-300PLC,不仅使系统性能价格比提高,还增加了在线IO模块诊断、安全输出等功能,值得同行借鉴、推广。
