用回归分析及统计检验的方法,设计出研究钒钛铸铁系列的各种机械性能的数学模型。定量地比较出各种元素,特别是钒、钛元素对铸铁多种机械性能的重要程度及其贡献率。同时指出,钒钛铸铁性能及化学成分的控制及预测范围,为钒钛铸铁的推广和材质的提高提供了定量的理论根据。
By means of regression analysis and statistical test, a mathematical model for studying various mechanical properties of vanadium-titanium cast iron series was designed. Quantitative comparison of various elements, especially vanadium, titanium, cast iron castings a variety of mechanical properties of the degree of importance and contribution rate. At the same time, it is pointed out that the control and prediction range of the properties and chemical compositions of vanadium-titanium cast iron provide a quantitative theoretical basis for the promotion and material improvement of vanadium-titanium cast iron.
