对乙酰氨基酚为解热镇痛药,退热效果好,毒副作用小,其中间体或分解产物—对氨基酚,由于毒性较大,USP、BP及中国药典都规定作为检查项目。对氨基酚为芳香胺,与亚硝基铁氰化钠在碱性条件下生成蓝色配位化合物,在可见光区有最大吸收。经试验,吸收度限度为0.45(相当于对氨基酚的0.005%),可作为限量标准。报告如下。1.仪器与试药 1.1 仪器:日立U—3210型、日立UV—320型、岛津UV—2201型分光光度计。
Paracetamol as antipyretics and analgesics, antipyretic effect is good, the side effects of small, the intermediate or decomposition products - paracetamol, due to greater toxicity, USP, BP and Chinese Pharmacopoeia are required as a test item. Para-aminophenol is an aromatic amine, and nitroso-sodium ferricyanide in alkaline conditions to generate blue coordination compounds, the maximum absorption in the visible region.
