目的:研究甘肃产羊耳蒜Liparis japonica(Miq.)Maxim的生药鉴定特征。方法:应用性状、显微、理化等鉴别方法对羊耳蒜进行研究。结果:羊耳蒜的叶、叶鞘、花茎、假鳞茎粉末、假鳞茎组织横切片中均可见到草酸钙针晶、导管、纤维等。羊耳蒜全草甲醇提取液在紫外灯254 nm显蓝色荧光,经干燥后在紫外灯365 nm显淡绿色荧光。结论:羊耳蒜显微鉴别及理化鉴别均有明显的鉴别特征,可作为鉴别羊耳蒜的依据。
Objective: To study the identification of crude drug in Liparis japonica (Miq.) Maxim of Gansu Province. Methods: The characters of ear, ear, garlic and garlic were studied by the methods of characterization, microscopic, physical and chemical analysis. Results: The leaves, leaf sheaths, stems and flowers, pseudobulb powder and pseudobulb tissue cross-section of the sheep ear garlic were all observed in the needle, catheter, fiber and so on. Sheep ear garlic whole plant methanol extract in the UV light 254 nm blue fluorescence, after drying in the UV light 365 nm was light green fluorescence. Conclusion: Microscopic identification of sheep ear garlic and physical and chemical identification have obvious distinguishing characteristics, which can be used as a basis for identifying sheep ear garlic.
