一、前言沸腾钢锭是迄今为止通常用于轧制棒材和线材的低碳钢材料。但是,近来发展的连铸钢坯,由于其均匀性和优良的表面性能而代替了沸腾钢。已经开发的低铝低氮连铸钢经过R-H脱气处理,一般用于加工成板材。现这技术也扩展开发到用于棒材和线材的钢种,一改过去因其表面到心部都很均匀,而很难取代沸腾钢的多种用途的问题。本文所讨论的就是这种称为棒材和线材用低铝低氮钢(LANS-BW)。
I. Introduction Boiling ingots are by far the most commonly used mild steel for bar and wire rod rolling. However, recently developed continuous casting billets have replaced boiling steel due to their homogeneity and excellent surface properties. Already developed low-aluminum, low-nitrogen, continuous casting steel after R-H degassing, generally used for processing into sheet metal. Now this technology is also extended to the development of steel used for bars and wires, a problem that has changed in the past due to its surface to the heart is very uniform, and it is difficult to replace the various uses of boiling steel. This article discusses this type of low-aluminum, low-nitrogen steel (LANS-BW) for bars and wires.
