菜粉蝶Pieris rapae蛹被蝶蛹金小蜂Pteromalus puparum寄生后1~4d,血细胞总数、浆血细胞数、颗粒血细胞数和处于分裂期的浆血细胞数均显著高于同期未寄生蛹,而脂血细胞数无明显差异。寄生后12h的寄生蛹与同期未寄生蛹的血淋巴可溶性蛋白浓度相差不大,而在寄生后1~4d,寄生蛹的血淋巴可溶性蛋白浓度明显高于同期未寄生蛹。寄生蛹和未寄生蛹的血淋巴样品电泳凝胶扫描结果表明,寄生蛹和未寄生蛹的蛋白带也有明显差异。
Pieris rapae pupae of Pteromalus puparum were significantly higher than that of the non-parasitized pupae at 1 ~ 4 days post-parasitization, while the numbers of blood cells, plasma cells and granular blood cells were significantly higher than those of non-parasitized pupae No significant difference. Parasitized pupae at 12h after parasitism had no significant difference in the hemolymph concentration of the parasitized pupae, but at 1 ~ 4d after the parasitism, the hemolymph protein concentration of parasitized pupae was significantly higher than that of the non-parasitized pupae at the same period. Parasitic pupae and non-parasitized pupae hemolymph samples electrophoresis gel scan results show that parasitic pupae and unpaired pupa protein bands are also significantly different.
