教学模式是制约教学质量的瓶颈。本文通过调查某市5所不同类型的民办幼儿园80名幼儿教师的教育教学行为发现,民办园在教学内容、教学方式上存在着明显的封闭性、模式化等“集合编码”式特征。从教育市场经济领域看,民办园教育模式受到作为幼儿委托消费者的家长教育观念的牵制。我们必须使家长树立科学的儿童观、子女观以及教育观,为有效促进民办园教学质量的提高建立坚实的后盾支持。
Teaching mode is the bottleneck restricting the quality of teaching. By investigating the education and teaching behaviors of 80 kindergarten teachers in 5 different types of private kindergartens in a city, this paper reveals that there are obvious characteristics of “enclave coding” in the content and teaching methods of private gardens. Judging from the field of education market economy, private education model is subject to the concept of parent education entrusted to consumers by young children. We must enable parents to establish a scientific concept of children, children and education, and establish solid backing to effectively promote the quality of teaching in private gardens.
