原油管道输送是石油工业生产中的重要环节,在原油管道输送工程中,存在着很多技术性难题,涉及到很多相关技术。本文对改善原油管道输送性能的相关技术这一议题展开讨论,着重讨论流动摩阻大输以及原油管道输送量小等问题,重点讨论改善原油管道输送性能的相关技术。研究减少运动粘度技术、降低附加应力技术,以达到减小管输摩阻,充分降低灌输能耗以及提高管道运行的弹性以及效率的目的,提高原油管道输送性能,有助于提高原油输送经济效益。
Crude oil pipeline transportation is an important link in the petroleum industry. There are many technical problems in the pipeline transportation project involving many related technologies. In this paper, we discuss the related technologies to improve the transportation performance of crude oil pipelines, focusing on the problems of large flow friction resistance and small amount of crude oil pipelines. The paper focuses on the related technologies to improve the transportation performance of crude oil pipelines. Research on reducing the kinematic viscosity technology, reducing the additional stress technology, in order to reduce the tube friction, reduce irrigation energy consumption and improve the flexibility and efficiency of the pipeline operation purposes, improve the performance of crude oil pipeline transportation and help improve the economic benefits of crude oil transportation .
