目的:用正交法优化闪式提取黄精皂苷工艺。方法:在单因素实验基础上,利用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计优化闪式提取黄精皂苷工艺,经优化后的的工艺条件为料液比例1∶20;提取电压100 V,提取时间40 s,提取次数3次(40 s/次)。结果:料液比例对提取量影响显著,此条件下黄精皂苷提取量达到(38.92±0.67)mg·g~(-1),对比不同提取方式得出,提取效果为:闪式提取>超声提取>乙醇浸提提取。结论:闪式提取法有利于黄精皂苷的提取。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the flash extraction of sarsasapogenin by orthogonal design. Methods: Based on the single factor experiment, the optimum extraction process of ginsenoside by L9 (3 ~ 4) orthogonal design was optimized. The optimum conditions were as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:20; the extraction voltage was 100 V; the extraction time 40 s, extraction times 3 times (40 s / time). Results: The proportion of feed solution had a significant effect on the amount of extraction. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of the polysaccharides reached (38.92 ± 0.67) mg · g ~ (-1). Comparing different extraction methods, the extraction results were as follows: flash extraction> ultrasonic extraction > Ethanol extraction and extraction. Conclusion: The flash extraction method is good for the extraction of saponins.
