目的探讨25-(OH)D3和Ig E在喘息型支气管炎患儿外周血中的水平变化及其相关性,分析二者在喘息型支气管炎发病机制中的作用及其相互关系。方法选择郑州大学第三附属医院儿科住院部喘息型支气管炎患儿和支气管肺炎患儿各30例分别作为喘支组和肺炎组,以同期健康体检儿30例作为对照组,应用ELISA法检测外周血25-(OH)D3和Ig E水平。结果 3组外周血25-(OH)D3水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。喘支组外周血Ig E水平高于肺炎组和对照组(P<0.05),肺炎组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。喘支组、肺炎组外周血25-(OH)D3水平和Ig E水平呈负相关(P<0.05),对照组中两者无相关性。结论外周血25-(OH)D3水平的降低与婴幼儿喘息性疾病的发病相关,维生素D缺乏可能通过刺激体内Ig E水平增加引起喘息性疾病的发生。
Objective To investigate the changes of peripheral blood levels of 25- (OH) D3 and Ig E in asthmatic children with asthmatic bronchitis, and to explore their roles in the pathogenesis of asthmatic bronchitis and their correlations. Methods Thirty children with asthmatic bronchitis and bronchial pneumonia in the pediatric inpatient department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were enrolled as the asthmatic group and the pneumonia group respectively. 30 healthy children were enrolled in the same period. The peripheral blood Blood 25- (OH) D3 and Ig E levels. Results The levels of 25- (OH) D3 in the peripheral blood of 3 groups were significantly different (P <0.05). The level of IgE in asthmatic group was higher than that in pneumonia group and control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between pneumonia group and control group (P> 0.05). The level of 25- (OH) D3 in peripheral blood of asthmatic group and pneumonia group was negatively correlated with IgE level (P <0.05), and there was no correlation between the two groups in the control group. Conclusions The decrease of 25- (OH) D3 in peripheral blood is associated with the onset of wheezing and wheezing in infants. Vitamin D deficiency may cause wheezing by stimulating IgE in the body.
