[目的]了解艾滋病的流行特点,为制定切实有效的预防和控制策略提供依据。[方法]对2005~2008年福州市户籍的HIV感染者及艾滋病病人资料进行分析。[结果]2005~2008年发现福州市现住址的HIV/AIDS合计434例,年均发现率为1.73/10万;其中艾滋病发病219例,死亡45例。各年分别发现106例、101例、99例和128例。2005~2008年年均发现率(/10万),男性为2.08,女性为1.36(P<0.01);0~14岁、15~24岁、25~34岁、35~44岁、45~54岁、55~岁以上分别为0.13、1.16、3.44、2.70、1.81、0.99(P<0.01);城区、山区县、沿海县分别为3.08、0.52、1.32(P<0.01)。434例中,各医院就诊者检测检出的占42.40%,自愿咨询检测检出的占22.35%,其他羁押人员体检检出的占9.91%,其他途径检出的占25.34%;传播途径为异性性接触、静脉注射吸毒、同性性接触、母婴、不详的分别占61.75%、9.45%、3.00%、0.92%、24.89%。[结论]2005~2008年福州市艾滋病总体呈低流行状态,异性性接触是主要的传播方式,大部分通过医院就诊检测和自愿咨询检测检出。
[Objective] To understand the epidemic characteristics of AIDS and provide the basis for formulating effective prevention and control strategies. [Methods] The data of HIV infected persons and AIDS patients registered in Fuzhou City from 2005 to 2008 were analyzed. [Results] A total of 434 cases of HIV / AIDS were found in Fuzhou from 2005 to 2008, with an average annual rate of 1.73 / 100 000; of which 219 cases were AIDS and 45 died. 106 cases were found in each year, 101 cases, 99 cases and 128 cases. The average annual detection rate (/ 100000) between 2005 and 2008 was 2.08 for males and 1.36 for females (P <0.01); 0 to 14 years old, 15 to 24 years old, 25 to 34 years old, 35 to 44 years old, 45 to 54 years old Year-old, 55 ~ over the age were 0.13,1.16,3.44,2.70,1.81,0.99 (P <0.01); urban, mountainous counties and coastal counties were 3.08,0.52,1.32 (P <0.01). Of the 434 cases, 42.40% were detected by doctors in each hospital, 22.35% were detected by voluntary counseling and testing, 9.91% were checked by other detainees, 25.34% were detected by other channels, and the route of transmission was heterosexual Sexual contact, intravenous drug abuse, same-sex sexual contact, mother-baby, unknown accounted for 61.75%, 9.45%, 3.00%, 0.92%, 24.89% respectively. [Conclusion] The AIDS epidemic in Fuzhou from 2005 to 2008 was generally low prevalence. Heterosexual contact was the main mode of transmission, most of which were detected by hospital visit and voluntary counseling and testing.
