随着我国金融体制改革的深化、金融监管力度的加强以及经济新常态下,我国政策性银行改革的全面推进,农业发展银行为适应改革发展需求,对自身经营管理和业务发展有着更高的要求。本文通过对农业发展银行的经营管理现状进行了深入分析,对如何通过强化管理会计的职能作用,提高农业发展银行经营管理水平,促进业务发展提出了建议和对策。 With the deepening of China’s financial system reform, the strengthening of financial supervision and the comprehensive promotion of China’s policy bank reform in the new normalcy of economy, the Agricultural Development Bank has higher requirements for its own management and business development in order to meet the demand of reform and development . In this paper, through in-depth analysis of the status quo of agricultural development bank’s operation and management, suggestions and countermeasures are put forward on how to strengthen the operational functions of management accounting, improve the operation and management level of Agricultural Development Bank and promote business development.
