通过连续5个月对松嫩草地碱蒿生境中小型土壤动物群落的调查研究,结果表明,各月优势类群均属于蛛形纲的螨类。优势类群多度为6月>5月>9月>8月>7月。常见类群多度变化趋势与优势类群相反。中小型土壤动物类群数和个体数随月份变化趋势不同,类群数7月>6月>9月>8月>5月,个体数6月>9月>7月>8月>5月。主要类群中蛛形纲和昆虫纲的密度变化动态基本一致,呈上升-下降-上升的趋势;其他纲密度呈先降后升的变化趋势。土壤动物的分布具有表聚性,8月和9月类群数出现20~30cm>10~20cm的现象,7月和9月个体数出现20~30cm>10~20cm的现象。7月中小型土壤动物群落Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H)、Pieluo均匀性指数(E)和Menhinick丰富度指数(D)最大,6月和8月H指数和E指数相对较低,Simpson优势度指数(C)与H指数的变化趋势相反。各月份中小型土壤动物群落相似性指数均小于0.50。研究结果表明碱蒿生境中小型土壤动物群落的动态变化较明显。
Through investigation and research on the soil micro-fauna community of Artemisia ordosica in Songnen grassland for five consecutive months, the results showed that all the dominant species in each month belong to the arachnids. The dominant groups were June> May> September> August> July. The trend of common group abundance is opposite to the dominant group. The trends of the number of small and medium soil fauna and individuals varied with the month. The number of taxa varied from July> June> September> August> May. The number of individuals was June> September> July> August> May. The density of arachnids and insect spps in the main groups was basically the same, showing a rising-descending-increasing trend. The other densities tended to decrease first and then increase. The distribution of soil fauna was clustered on the surface. In August and September, the number of taxa was 20-30 cm> 10-20 cm. In July and September, the number of individuals was 20-30 cm> 10-20 cm. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H), Pieluo evenness index (E) and Menhinick richness index (D) of the small-medium-sized soil fauna in July were the largest. The H index and E index were relatively low in June and August. The Simpson advantage Degree index (C) and the H index trend of the opposite. The similarity index of small and medium soil fauna in each month was less than 0.50. The results showed that the dynamic changes of soil micro-fauna in Artemisia sachalinensis habitat were obvious.
