用DEAE-sephadexA-50微型柱层析结合分光光度法测51例急性脑血管病(ACVD)和20例正常人血清和脑脊液(CSF)肌酸激酶(CK)及其脑型同工酶(CKBB)活性(统称CK活性)。结果发现:中风组CK活性显著高于正常组(P<0.001)。脑出血CK活性有高于脑梗塞的趋势。除血清中CK活性外,病程≤3d组CK活性高于>3d组(P<0.01)。病情重、病灶大者,CK活性较高。中风急性期,尤其病程3d内测血、CSF中CK活性有助于判断病灶大小及病情严重程度
51 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease (ACVD) and 20 cases of normal human serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) creatine kinase (CK) and its brain-type isoenzyme (CKBB) were detected by DEAE-sephadexA-50 microcolumn chromatography and spectrophotometry ) Activity (collectively CK activity). The results showed that CK activity in stroke group was significantly higher than that in normal group (P <0.001). The activity of CK in cerebral hemorrhage is higher than that of cerebral infarction. In addition to serum CK activity, duration of disease less than 3d group CK activity> 3d group (P <0.01). Serious illness, lesions, CK activity higher. The acute phase of stroke, especially the duration of blood test within 3 days, CK activity in CSF helps determine the size of the lesion and the severity of the disease
