随着档案开放、社会档案意识的不断增强,利用档案的人员与日俱增。省档案馆接待查阅档案的人员络绎不绝,许多时候是座无虚席。去年四月,馆领导研究决定,改变过去轮流接待的办法,设立固定的接待组,以便于熟悉业务,积累经验,总结利用档案规律,提高查档的时速和准确率。 接待组成立至今共接待了319个单位,1,969人,用卷40,433卷次。摘抄材料2,032份4,470页,复印材料1,204份15,777页,查阅人物卡片约34,000余张。 一年来接待利用工作主要解决的问题:
With the opening up of archives and the growing awareness of social archives, the number of personnel using archives has been increasing day by day. Provincial Archives receive access to files in an endless stream, many times are packed. Last April, the museum leaders decided to change the way they used to take turns and set up regular reception groups so as to be familiar with business and accumulate experience. They summed up the use of archival laws and improved the speed and accuracy of archives search. Since its establishment, the reception group has received 319 units, 1,969 people, using 40,433 volumes. 2,032 copies of 4,470 pages of extract materials, 1,204 copies of 15,777 pages of copy materials, and about 34,000 pieces of access to person cards.
