肺癌为预后较差的恶性肿瘤,肺内多中心病灶的发生是影响预后较重要的因素之一,临床上易忽视和误诊。本院1985年6月至1998年6月对临床诊断为肺癌的患者行纤维支气管镜(以下简称纤支镜)检查7026例次,镜下发现并经病理检查证实同时性双侧肺癌11例,3例作了临床治疗,报道如下。
Lung cancer is a poor prognosis of malignant tumors, the occurrence of multi-center lung lesions prognosis is more important one of the factors that are clinically overlooked and misdiagnosed. Our hospital from June 1985 to June 1998 on the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer patients with fiberoptic bronchoscopy (hereinafter referred to as bronchoscopy) examination of 7026 cases, found under the microscope and confirmed by pathological examination of bilateral lung cancer in 11 cases, 3 cases made a clinical treatment, reported as follows.
