工会是党领导下的群众组织,是党组织联系广大职工群众的桥梁纽带。如何进一步发挥好工会组织桥梁纽带作用,笔者体会是:抓好自身建设是基础,充分发挥宣传教育功能是内在要求,积极开展职工群众技术创新活动是前提,积极履行维护职能是根本,谈一些粗浅认识。
