进入21世纪以来的最近10年,随着我国经济的快速发展,国内炼化行业也在发生着变化,以国内几家知名的炼化企业为代表,大家在纷纷对已有炼化装置引进先进技术和扩能改造的同时,特别注重新建炼化项目的大型化、规模化和系统化,于是,动辄数百亿的投资,3到5年的建设工期已屡见不鲜。由于炼化项目规模较大(年加工原油能力过1000吨),技术复杂,涉及专业和参与人员较多,影响其建设进度的因素也比较多,协调界面复杂,进度控制难度很大。为了确保炼化项目能够顺利实施,必须制定科学可行的进度计划,并采取相应的控制措施。基于此点,本文就炼化项目进度计划方法与控制原则进行研究,并提出进度控制的具体措施。
In the recent 10 years since entering the 21st century, with the rapid economic development in our country, the domestic refining and chemical industry is also undergoing changes. Taking several well-known domestic refining and petrochemical enterprises as representatives, all of them have introduced advanced equipment to existing refining plants Technology and expansion of capacity-building at the same time, with particular emphasis on the new large-scale petrochemical projects, large-scale and systematic, therefore, tens of billions of investment, 3-5 years of construction time is not uncommon. Due to the large-scale refining project (annual crude oil processing capacity of over 1,000 tons), the technology is complex, involves more professionals and participants, there are also many factors that affect the progress of its construction, coordination interface is complex, and schedule control is very difficult. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the refinery project, it is necessary to formulate a scientific and feasible schedule and take corresponding control measures. Based on this point, this article studies the methods and control principles of the refinery project schedule plan, and puts forward specific measures for schedule control.
