The French Revolution (1789-1830) was a period of radical social and political turmoil in France and left a profound and widespread impact on French history and throughout Europe. The French political system underwent an epic shift during the Great Revolution: the absolute monarchy that ruled France for centuries and the feudal monarchy collapsed in three years, the radicalized left-wing political groups, civilians and civilians who were constantly subjected to the feudal, aristocratic and religious privileges of the past The impact of peasants in rural areas, the class concept of the traditional monarchy, the aristocracy and the Catholic Church were abruptly overthrown by new principles of freedom, equality and fraternity. The royal family in Europe as a whole was so frightened that they launched the anti-French crusade in 1814 and successfully restored the old monarchy. However, many major reforms have become permanent changes. That led to the political opposition between the supporters and enemies of the revolution for two hundred years to go.
