现代企业文化虽最早由美国人提出,其主旨却是源于中国传统文化。在我国企业界创建企业文化时,不能生硬的照搬别人成功经验,而应立足中国传统文化,结合企业自身情况,建立有自身特色的企业文化。 Although the earliest modern corporate culture was proposed by Americans, its main purpose was originated from Chinese traditional culture. In the establishment of a corporate culture in the corporate world of China, we must not rigidly copy other people’s successful experiences. Instead, we should establish a corporate culture with its own characteristics based on the traditional Chinese culture and the company’s own situation.
