2014是全面深化改革的开局之年。距离与全国同步全面建成小康社会,实现现阶段贵州中国梦,仅有7年。时代使命催人奋进,历史机遇失不再来。站在历史和未来的交汇点,肩负改革发展使命的贵州人,特别是各级领导干部,需要以勇气和担当、智慧和力量、清醒和务实,扬起全面深化改革之帆。改革拖不得!1987年,人民日报头版刊登的《中国改革的历史方位》一文中写道:“如果耽误了这已经不多的时机,就只能在各方危机的重压下更加贫弱。”20多年过去,今天在全国的视野下
