目的分析奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮对慢性浅表性胃炎的治疗效果。方法选取慢性浅表性胃炎的患者共120例均分成3组各40例,1组患者治疗时单一使用奥美拉唑,2组患者治疗时单一使用多潘立酮,3组患者治疗时多潘立酮和奥美拉唑联合使用,观察3组患者的病情好转情况。结果两种药物均使用的患者治疗效率比使用任何单一药物的患者治疗效率高。结论同时使用两种药物治疗慢性浅表性胃炎能够更快地促进患者病情好转,可普及用于临床治疗中。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of omeprazole and domperidone on chronic superficial gastritis. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were divided into three groups of 40 cases. One group received single-dose omeprazole during treatment, the other two groups received single-dose domperidone. Patients in three groups treated with domperidone and omeprazole, Lazole combined use, observation of three groups of patients improved condition. Results Patients treated with both drugs were more efficacious than patients treated with any single agent. Conclusion Concurrent use of two drugs in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis can promote the improvement of the patient’s condition faster and can be used universally in clinical treatment.
