近年来证明人精浆中含有大量的降钙素(CT)。输精管结扎者和正常男子精浆液中含有同等量的CT。因此,推测CT是由前列腺产生。人精子的活力是由钙离子进行调节的。因此作者认为CT可能与男性生育功能有关。本文测定男子精液和血浆中的CT,并对其在精子中的定位进行了研究。研究包括15例健康、有生育力的男子(年龄25~35岁),禁欲3天后收集精液,在室温下液化,测定精液量、pH、精子计数、活力和存活力。研究采用的精液样本均为精子活力>60%,存活力>80%。用放射免疫法测定血浆和精液中CT水平。结
In recent years proved that human seminal plasma contains a lot of calcitonin (CT). Vasectomy and normal men’s seminal fluid contains the same amount of CT. Therefore, it is speculated that CT is produced by the prostate. Human sperm motility is regulated by calcium ions. Therefore, the authors believe that CT may be related to male fertility. In this paper, the determination of CT in men’s semen and plasma and its localization in sperm were studied. The study included 15 healthy and fertile men (aged 25-35). Semen was collected three days after abstinence and liquefied at room temperature. Semen volume, pH, sperm count, viability and viability were measured.
