基于光纤光栅传感原理研发了应变、倾角和加速度传感器,应变测试精度达到5με,倾角测试精度达到0.02°,加速度测试在40 Hz以下灵敏度达到800 pm/g。应用传感器建立了一套海洋平台导管架安全监测系统,实现了对腿桩支撑力、平台倾斜和摆幅的在线监测;通过建立导管架力学模型计算其应力状况,分析导管架的安全性并进行预警。系统成功应用于南海石油平台监测,为海洋平台的结构安全提供了保障。
Strain, dip and acceleration sensors were developed based on the FBG sensing principle. The strain test accuracy was 5με, the dip angle test accuracy was 0.02 °, and the acceleration test under 40 Hz sensitivity was 800 pm / g. A set of offshore platform jacket safety monitoring system was established by using sensor, which realized the on-line monitoring of leg pile support, platform tilt and swing. The stress state was calculated by establishing the jacket model and the safety of the jacket was analyzed. Early warning.
