随着我国就业制度的市场化改革和高等教育的大众化发展,高校大学毕业生的就业问题一直是学界和社会关注的热点问题,与汉族大学生相比较,少数民族大学生的就业状况具有特殊性,其就业状况对少数民族大学生自身、其家庭的切身利益以及少数民族整体的权利发展都有影响。目前国家政府方面所实施的就业促进的优惠政策,基本只局限于政治领域,少数民族大学生的就业前景依然不明朗。本文旨在通过揭示少数民族大学生就业现状的同时,也将就如何推动就业促进政策实施进行展望。
With the market-oriented reform of our country’s employment system and the popularization of higher education, the employment of college graduates has always been a hot issue in academia and society. Compared with Han students, the employment status of ethnic college students is special. The employment situation has an impact on the students of ethnic minorities themselves, the immediate interests of their families and the development of the rights of ethnic minorities as a whole. At present, the preferential policies on employment promotion implemented by the state government are basically confined to the political field. The employment prospects of ethnic minority college students are still not clear. This article aims to reveal the status quo of employment of ethnic minority college students, but also on how to promote the implementation of employment promotion prospects.
