研究了变压吸附空气分离过程中变压步骤的数学模拟,提出了孔内强制流动模型。以改进混合池模型与拟均相模型为基础,在考虑轴向返混和压降影响的同时,用瞬时平衡模型、扩散传质模型与本文提出的孔内强制流动模型对变压吸附空气分离过程中的变压步骤进行了数学模拟并与Fernandez和Kenney发表的试验数据进行了对比,模拟结果显示孔内强制流动模型计算值与试验结果符合较好。
The mathematical simulation of pressure swinging step in the process of pressure swing adsorption air separation was studied and a forced flow model was proposed. Based on the improved hybrid cell model and quasi-homogeneous model, considering the effects of axial back-mixing and pressure drop, transient equilibrium model, diffusion mass transfer model and forced flow model proposed in this paper were used to study the effect of pressure swing adsorption air separation process In the transformation step of the mathematical simulation and Fernandez and Kenney published test data were compared, the simulation results show that the forced flow model hole calculated in accordance with the experimental results in good agreement.
