目的:研究替加氟脂质体在Wistar种大鼠结肠中的分布。方法:替加氟脂质体(T LPO)和替加氟片剂混悬液(T TAB)大鼠灌胃给药,用RP HPLC法测定结肠中替加氟的浓度。结果:替加氟脂质体与替加氟片剂混悬液相比,结肠中药物浓度明显提高。结论:替加氟脂质体改变了药物在结肠中的分布,具有一定的结肠靶向性。
Objective: To study the distribution of tegafur liposomes in the colon of Wistar rats. Methods: T LPO and T TAB rats were intragastrically administrated. The concentration of tegafur in the colon was determined by RP-HPLC. RESULTS: The concentration of tegafur liposomes in the colon was significantly increased compared to the tegafur tablet suspension. Conclusion: Tegafur liposomes change the distribution of drugs in the colon, and have certain colon targeting.
