目的探讨通过正颌手术患者围术期的麻醉护理,维持患者围术期的麻醉安全,确保手术的成功.方法选择我院正颌手术患者40例,男18例,女22例,年龄在18~30岁,ASA分级I~Ⅱ级,围术期给予患者及家属心理安慰,协助麻醉医生做好患者围术期的麻醉护理,麻醉前准备、呼吸道的管理、控制性降压、心电监护及术后的镇静镇痛等,根据出现的情况及时反馈给医生并采取正确的防范措施.结果40例患者通过围术期的精心护理,无一例严重并发症,均取得理想的手术效果并顺利出院.结论正颌手术围术期的麻醉护理,能够对患者及家属心理上很好的帮助,
