为更好地满足社会对中职人才的新需求,笔者所在学校德育课教师努力寻找提高德育课实效性的方法,其中之一就是进行德育课成绩评定方式和内容的改革尝试。其具体做法是:入学伊始的德育课上教师便向学生说明德育课的成绩评定标准,随之对学生的出勤、课堂发言、参与小组活动、完成作业情况、课上纪律认真加以考记,定期告知学生得分情况,也允许学生随时查阅记分册,了解自己和他人的得分状况。由于体现了以学生为主体的原则,关注学生的能力和行为,注重过程性评价,做到了合理、公开、公正,收到良好效果。
In order to better meet the new demands of society for secondary vocational education, teachers of moral education at the author’s school try their best to find ways to improve the effectiveness of moral education.
