作为基础教育课程改革与课程结构调整的产物,校本课程开发既要体现出时代要求和国家课程改革的基本精神,也要能满足异质性学生的学习需求并形成自我的理念特性。换言之,校本课程开发是以学生全面和谐的发展为依归并体现自身内在价值的。因此,为了切实提升小学校本课程开发促进学校课程结构体系调整与完善、提高课程适切性与促进学生全面个性化发展的功能,对其内涵的重新界定与澄清自然是小学校本课程开发在理念上实现从“师本”走向“生本”的超越的前提与必然。
